The APS Board of Education and Superintendent John L. Barry cordially invite APS staff and the community to a reception to celebrate the end of the 2002 bond program. The reception will be held on Tuesday, June 16 at 5:45 p.m. in Conference Room C at ESC-4, 1085 Peoria St.
The Board of Education will unveil seven dedication plaques for the new schools completed during the 2002 bond program:
• Aurora Frontier K-8
• Aurora Quest K-8
• Boston K-8
• Crossroads Center
• Murphy Creek K-8
• Paris Elementary
• William Smith High School
The plaques recognize the project architects and contractors as well as the Board members and Superintendent who served when the buildings opened.
