Welcome Back,
At Aurora Public Schools, we are committed to providing and promoting a culture that encourages healthy lifestyles. That is why our Risk Management Department would like to take this opportunity to invite all staff to join Back-to-School Shape-Up, a 6-week physical activity and nutrition program and team competition.
During Back-to-School Shape-Up, staff will track individual points accumulated for different types of physical activities performed and the servings of fruits and vegetables consumed. Individuals and/or teams will tally weekly points and be able to see progress along the way. Prizes will be awarded for participation and meeting specific goals.
*** Registration will begin Monday, August 10th through August 14th.
*** The Challenge starts Monday, August 24th thru Friday, October 2nd. For more details and registration form please click on the link.
