You’re Invited

In 2006, the Aurora Public Schools Board of Education and Superintendent John L. Barry began a series of town hall meetings for the community. This year, the town halls will include informal conversations with Board members, Superintendent Barry and district staff.

Please join us at one of the following meetings:

Tuesday, Nov. 27 
Columbia Middle School

5:30 p.m.                

Thursday, Dec. 6
Hinkley High School
1250 Chambers Rd.
6:30 p.m.

Discussion topics include:

  • The VISTA 2010 Strategic Plan and the budget
  • The innovative Pilot School program
  • Curriculum and instruction, including the Fifth Block of instruction that starts in summer 2008
  • Student safety, bond-funded building improvements, and future APS growth
