HEAT Self-Service
Heat Self Service provides an easy, intuitive and convenient option for customers to log work requests. Through this system, the IT department can then shorten the resolution time and increase customer satisfaction by resolving the problem on the initial visit.Â
Heat Self Service sends automatic e-mails to both the customer and the IT department when a request has been received, assigned and completed.
What requires a Heat request:
- Infinite Campus security rights
- Computer Repairs
- Audio/Visual Repairs
- Network (adding users, activating hublets, etc.)
- Printer/Fax repairs and relocation
- Phones/Voice Mail repairs and modifications
- Server error
- Adding users to various district applications
