Congratulations to all of the schools that participated in the first Technology Fair held by APS: Sixth Avenue Elementary, Peoria Elementary, Elkhart Elementary, Columbia Middle School, East Middle School, and William Smith High School. This was a great opportunity for students to showcase their digital creations and for staff to demonstrate how they are effectively using technology in instruction and learning. Students entered digital content in web design, podcasting, programming, and digital art. A big thanks goes out to Gywnn Moore from Paris Elementary and Shannon Wentworth from Sixth Avenue Elementary. The two teachers attended a technology conference last summer to learn about Technology Learning Fairs and brought the vision back to APS. In addition, thank you to all of the teachers, Instructional Technology Staff, and judges who helped to make it a huge success! Will your school be involved next year?
