Nearly 300 job-seekers from the metro area and beyond visited the APS Classified Job Fair in early June to learn about the district and apply for a variety of support positions.
During the two-day event, applicants learned about the many non-teaching job opportunities in APS, applied online with help from APS staff members and translators, and interviewed for prospective positions– all in one central and convenient location.
“The job fair was a great way to encourage job-seekers to join our team here at APS. It gave them a comfortable way to learn about our district and apply for positions while getting to talk with current APS employees.”
