Not even rain could dampen the annual Lansing Elementary Back to School BBQ. Lansing families and staff kept the fun going by moving inside the building. The Lansing community celebrated the start of school with food and great music from the live band, “Chase N the Dream.”
“The Lansing BBQ is a wonderful way for staff, families and community members to come together and build relationships. It is an important step in working toward Superintendent Barry’s goal of ‘Trust and Teamwork’ in APS. We know that by working together we can make a difference for our children.”
