Students in the Health Sciences and Medical Prep academies at Pickens Technical College designed and made 100 stuffed bears for the Children’s Hospital in Aurora. As part of this year’s “Make-A-Bear” Project, students donated their hand-made bears to children at the hospital. Pickens Tech staff members Carol Gilbert, Earlane Worel, Michelle Randolph and Arran Dolan volunteered their time for this project by helping students sew the little bears together.
