Career Week Kick-Off at Paris Elementary
Paris Elementary 3rd-5th graders listen to ex-Denver Bronco Don Latimer as he encourages students to “Start making good decisions right now.”

In celebration of Career Week from April 28 to May 1, several speakers visited Paris Elementary to encourage students that it’s never too early to begin thinking about career options.

Speakers at the Career Week Kick-Off included ex-Denver Bronco Don Latimer, APS Instructional Technology Director Ivan Duran, counselor Lawrence Wood of Hinkley High School and two students from Hinkley’s HOPE Club: International Baccalaureate senior Janet Deras and junior Carlos Morales.
