Jewell Students Celebrate a Year of Positive Behavior with a Day of Outdoor Fun
Jewell Elementary recently celebrated their end of the year Positive Behavior Support Assembly. Since every student had earned a pride paw throughout the year, all students got to participate in the fun.
Jewell staff members used McTeacher Night fundraising money to rent an inflatable slide, an inflatable obstacle course and a dunk tank. In addition to the two inflatable toys, the students enjoyed a variety of activity statsions, such as hoola hoops, hippety hop, marble grab, water catch, water volleyball, fox tail, the parachute and basketball.
Near the end of the event, each classroom teacher chose their model boy and girl, and these two students got an opportunity to dunk Jewell Principal Mark Rodie and TOSA Andrea Tucker in the dunk tank.
