Hinkley Student Earns $3000 for Oratory

Hinkley High School student Rebecca Barnstein recently earned third place at the American Legion Oratorical Contest Finals held at Devry University. Barnstein received a $1500 scholarship from the American Legion and a matching scholarship amount from Devry.
