The 4th Annual Lansing Community BBQ took place Friday, August 1 from 5-7 p.m. Parents, family members, volunteers and staff enjoyed nearly 300 free hot dog dinners.
Our PALS committee, with help from many wonderful volunteers at Lowry Community Christian Church, provided fun games and prizes. The sno-cone station was THE PLACE to beat the heat and enjoy a cool treat!
Lisa Cole from the Aurora Public Library provided library cards for students and their parents and encouraged students to READ! READ! READ!
