Congratulations APS Scholars
Several APS students have earned the Advanced Placement Scholar and Scholar with Honor awards sponsored by the College Board. These awards recognize exceptional achievement on college-level advanced placement exams. Among the College Board’s best-known programs are the SAT and the Advanced Placement Program.
The College Board’s Advanced Placement offers high school students the opportunity to earn credit or advanced standing at most of the nation’s colleges and universities. About 18 percent of the more than 1.4 million high school students in 16,000 schools earned the recognition of AP Scholar.
