The Aurora Public Schools Education Foundation awarded more than $45,000 in scholarships and grants to APS students and staff members for the 2009-2010 school year. APSEF awarded more than $20,000 in scholarships to high school seniors who are planning to attend college and nearly $7,000 to APS employees pursuing further education.
APSEF also awarded more than $15,000 in grants to teachers developing innovative programs in their schools and classrooms.
