Nearly 1,400 students recently earned high school diplomas from Aurora Central, Gateway, Hinkley, Rangeview and William Smith high schools. An additional 23 students earned diplomas through APS Rebound, a program for students who had previously been expelled or dropped out of school.
Pickens Technical College awarded more than 1,000 students with associate’s degrees or certificates at their graduation. Seven students graduated with both a high school diploma and an associate’s degree through the APS Pacesetter Program. Congratulations to Dashon Staub-Crawford, Jessica Kelly, Precious Van Buren, Sierra Morales, Nikki Hinsley, Ana Olivas and Alberto Gomez-Arias.
Jennifer Stadler is an intern with the APS Communication Department. Jennifer is majoring in Mass Communications with an emphasis on Public Relations and Advertising at the University of South Dakota.
