The Aurora LIGHTS community recently came together to celebrate past accomplishments and plan for the future. More than 500 people gathered recently for a barbeque.
A $3.9 million Aurora LIGHTS grant is shining the light on health sciences and creating a P-20 educational pathway that leads students into health care professions. This partnership includes APS, the University of Colorado Denver Anschutz Medical Campus, Community College of Aurora, Metro Community Provider Network, the Colorado Area Health Education Center System, and the Central Colorado Area Health Education Center.
