APS Pathways Students Participate in STEMapalooza
More than 500 APS students in the Aurora LIGHTS and Galaxy STEM Education Pathways participated in STEMapalooza at the Colorado Convention Center.
STEMapalooza featured over 100 exhibitors from around the state of Colorado that support Science, Technology, Engineering & Math programs for students and educators and employ hundreds of thousands of jobs in STEM-related careers.

Colorado Lieutenant Governor Barbara O’Brien introduced the event, and Colonel Fred Gregory, former NASA Astronaut, was the keynote speaker.
The two-day event featured a wide range of engaging, hands-on, minds-on activities, such as Fast-Track Racing, Robotics, Gaming, Film Production, Staging and Rocketry.
