Carbon Monoxide Alarm GiveawayThe Aurora Fire Department is teaching Arkansas Elementary School students about the dangers of Carbon Monoxide (CO) poisoning. Safe Kids and Kidde, a leading fire safety product manufacturer, teamed up with the Aurora Fire Department to help protect Arkansas Elementary students.

AFD recently sent Arkansas third-grade students home with a blank home escape plan to complete with their families. This past weekend, the first 80 students who showed up to the fire station with a completed escape plan received a free carbon monoxide detector for their homes.

Thank you, Aurora Fire Department!
