Gateway High School graduates Wisdom Amousou and Stephanie Burgess are part of the President’s Leadership Class at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Each year the President’s Leadership Class selects 50 outstanding freshman students to participate in this four-year program.
PLC Scholars are determined by a student’s academic record, community service, and leadership roles. In addition, Amousou and Burgess have the opportunity to earn, merit-based scholarships up to $12,000.

Brittney is an intern in the Communication Department. She is a senior at Aurora Central High School and a part of the Executive Internship Program at Pickens Technical College.
