APS BOARD OF EDUCATION EXECUTIVE SESSION
On Tuesday, Dec. 15, the APS Board of Education is expected to recess into executive session, under the authority of C.R.S. 24-6-(402)(b) and (e), to discuss (1) legal opinion regarding status of A.B. v. APS, et al; (2) legal opinion regarding recent expulsions at HHS; and, (3) to determine positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiation in 2010 on the provisions in the master agreement. This session will be held from 5 to 6 p.m. in conference room A of Educational Services Center 4 located at 1085 Peoria Street.
