APS Budget PodcastAPS Teammates:

Times of budget reductions are difficult. To ensure that every staff member is part of the process, we are releasing a podcast on the proposed budget reductions for 2010-11. To view the podcast, visit our Budget Update Web site at: superintendent.aurorak12.org/budget/update.

This site also has a PDF with the slides used in the podcast, in the event that you would like to print a copy for yourself.

At superintendent.aurorak12.org/budget/update, you will also find information about our current budget situation including a Fact Sheet/Talking Points, answers to Frequently Asked Questions, the survey and the online budget hotline.

I want to ensure that staff members have the opportunity to provide feedback on the proposed reductions. Please take a moment to complete the budget survey at superintendent.aurorak12.org/budget/update/survey from a district-connected computer. We want to hear your views as we move forward in this process. The survey will be open until 4 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 4.

If you have questions about the proposed budget reductions, you may submit them to the online Budget Hotline at superintendent.aurorak12.org/budget/update/hotline from a district-connected computer. A member of the Leadership Team will respond to your questions as soon as possible.
