CO-861 recently competed in its second drill competition at Air Academy High School in Colorado Springs. The all-Air Force competition included units from Colorado and Wyoming in both armed and unarmed events in addition to color guard and inspection.
In extremely tough competition, CO-861 won the Commander’s Trophy by a commanding 23 points.

The all-girl Eaglettes drill team also earned first place in the Unarmed Exhibition. Cadet 1st Lt. Alexandra Hart placed seventh in individual drill out of a field of 97 cadets.
