Important Back to School Events
- Back to School Kick-Off: July 31
- First Day of School for Grades 1-12: Aug. 4
- First Day of School for Kindergarten: Aug. 11
- First Day of School for Preschool: Aug. 17
If APS closes schools or delays start times, announcements will be made on local television and radio stations, on the APS Emergency Line, 303-326-1080, and sent to parent phones using Connect-Ed.
