Wisdom Soft has three screensavers, and one of them is FREE! I’ve used it through three different version updates now, all without issues. It will save in several formats, send the capture anywhere you would like, and let you select a Function Key to activate it. Try it out!
Second, I know we all install lots of non-APS Image software on our computers. Trying to track down some of the more common ones is difficult if you have to go the individual websites to get them
This is a solution I like. Almost anything you can think of, from multimedia drivers to utilities are listed here, with the latest update. This is the way to get a quick feel for current versions, too, especially for Shockwave, Flash, Quicktime, and similar apps that update frequently.
I have just come across a KOOL little utility that lets you create a video of what you do on your computer screen (you can dub voice instructions/comments just by adding microphone). Go to:
