- “The Reasons People Smoke: Making a Plan to Quit”
- “Picking a Quit Date: Handling and Coping With Withdrawal”
- “Developing Skills to Stay Quit”
- You must be logged on to the network (can you see your W: drive in the list when you open My Computer?)
- If you haven’t already - double-click on My Computer
- In this list find “Cds on ‘Chsmedia’ (N:)” Network Drive and double-click
- on this next list find “Streaming Video Only” folder and double-click
- Now find a folder for your Department - I will choose “Health”.
- After opening the Health folder I do not see a sub-folder labeled “Tobacco” (which is my video sub-heading) so I will create one.
- To create the folder, right-click once and select “New” in the menu. From the next menu select “Folder”. Click once
- The cursor will new be at the point for you to name the folder. I named mine “Tobacco” because that’s my sub-heading under Health.
- Double-click on the new folder.
- Because my video was called “Smoking: Getting Ready to Quit”, I will create a folder with the same name (be sure to leave out special character such as: / | } [, etc.) My folder name is “Smoking Getting Ready to Quit”
- Now we just move or copy the video segments that go with that video into this folder.
- Anyone now looking for a “Quit Smoking” video can now use this if appropriate.
