NEW AT PARIS THIS YEAR: PBS
(Positive Behavior Support)
What is PBS? Paris Elementary is involved in a project this year to implement an improved student behavior program that communicates to parents and students expectations for learning. PBS is a positive approach to promote good behavior and help decrease discipline problems.
Paris Elementary is the “Home of the Suns.” In order to help teach students, we wanted to use the school mascot and motto.
PARIS Suns RISE Above the Rest!
R – Respect
Show respect by taking care of my school, my friends and myself.
I – Integrity
Show integrity by taking responsibility for my actions.
S – Support
Be supportive of my school and others around me.
E – Engaged
Be engaged by actively participating as a learner and member of the Paris Community.
