Virginia Court Elementary

Dear Families,  Thank you so much to everyone who attended parent conferences. It is always our goal to help you understand how your child is progressing and what you can do to help your child be successful inschool. Your support is very much appreciated! Please pay special attention to our events calendar that is included on the front of our newsletter. We have many exciting events coming up that we don’t want you to miss. We try to send reminder notices home a couple of days before so it’s important to check your child’s backpack every night. Two family events that you’ll want to note in the upcoming months include our November Movie Night and our December Posada / Bake Sale. We are working to establish some regular events or traditions at Virginia Court and would love for you to be a part of them. On November 19th our 5th grade classes will present their tinikling to families. We’ll meet afterwards at 7:00 to discuss our PTO fundraiser, plans for the funds this year and share our ideas for volunteers. Make sure to mark your calendars to learn what the money you help raise does for our school. Thanks again for all that you do to support our school and our students. Happy Fall!
