March is CSAP testing month. Our third grade students have completed the Reading portion of CSAP in February, and will continue with the remaining tests in March. Our goal all year has been to increase our level of proficiency for reading and math on CSAP by at least 3%. Read the rest of this entry »
Greetings from Wheeling Elementary!
As we head into February and March, we are heading into school testing season. Our teachers have been working very hard to help prepare students for the CSAP tests they will be taking. As a staff, we have been focusing on asking good questions. Continue to ask your student “What good questions did you ask today?” followed up with “What good questions did you answer today?” We continue to work on strategies that will help our students become better thinkers, not just better test takers.
