T-Shirts
NORTH METRO REGIONAL T-SHIRT ORDER FORM
The artwork will be printed on white T-shirts. The caption is:

Rock.n it to the Top!!
In addition to the front design we can add the name of your school to the back of each shirt for a charge of
$3.00 per shirt. (NO LESS THAN 7 SHIRTS can be ordered when printing the name on the back of the
shirt).
The cost of the pre-ordered shirts is $10.00. The cost of the shirts the day of the tournament will be $15.00.
If you would like to PRE-ORDER AND PRE-PAY for your team’s North Metro T-Shirts please do the
following:
1. Fill out the order form at the bottom of the page, detach and send to the address listed below with
payment by February 16, 2009. (NO orders will be filled without payment)
2. Pick up your T-shirts at: The DI store on Saturday March 7, 2009.
