End of 3rd Quarter and CSAP

Students are now wrapping up the end of the 3rd quarter. I have requested that all test alternatives or make up labs be turned in by March 9th. Students are now finished with the Math section of CSAP and will be moving on to Reading/Writing tomorrow. This year, 8th grade students get to take CSAP for Science. Please make sure you are well rested and fed when you arrive each morning.

Ask your son or daughter about the recent castle siege we performed with our mini trebuchets (catapults) or about our upcoming Ideal Insulator Challenge. The students might even come up with some good ideas as these cold winter days occur.

This is a reminder to students and parents that the 3rd quarter starts on January 5th. The 8th grade continuation and celebration policies are now in place and you can find them in your last newsletter or on the school website if you download the newsletter.
