My homework policy is simple. I give homework (usually double sided) on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Monday’s homework is due Wednesday
and
Wednesday’s homework is due Friday.
I plan my homework this way because I know my students are busy with other classes and outside activities. My homework is made to review lessons we’ve covered in class. I tell my students to pace themselves with the homework, doing part of it one night and the rest of it the second night. Giving them two nights also allows them to bring any questions they may have about it to me for further instruction.
