Do you know how all the reading skills/strategies we learn in class help you as a reader? Do you really know why we work in small writing groups daily? Answer these two questions for me: How does knowing about a character’s traits help you as a reader? How does knowing what a simile is and how to use it help you as a writer?

Yes i know all the reading strategies/skills we learned in calss as a reader. we work in small writing groups because some people dont understand the daily objective and write the wrong answer, so you have to explain it to us. all the characters traits help me as a reader because i like understand the words that the author is using because i connect to the character. knowing a simile helps me as a writer because i get more ideas for my writing prompts.

well it helps you by Knowing like what he mihgt do like if he is like violent he proubably might kill someone .And if the charectar is happy well she or he will do nice stuff.Knowing what a simile is might help like knowing when to use it or in what ways lesley ortiz moreno

the character can help me by intresting me to keep reading on this book. also it can help me make a perdiction of whats going to happen next in the book. simile can help me by compering the character in my story to something else.

Yes, I know all the readin skills, we go in small groups we go because we are all at differerent reading levels and you have to teach us all different stratiges. Knowing character traits helps you as a reader by you can understand the characters more. Knowing simile helps me as a writer so, I can make my story more insteresting.

yes i know the strategies.we work in small groups because it gives the people in the group a chance to talk and learn about new strategies to get a better chance of using the reading skills/strategies.knowing the traits of a character helps you by knowing or predicting what is going to happen next based on what his or her traits are.knowing what similies are helps you by giving more description in your writing to give better detail to get the readers attention so they want to keep reading your story.

The characters traits help me as a reader by understanding the words that the author is using in the book. And also because I could make connections with the author. A simile helps me as a reader by getting MORE ideas from my writing.

Well I do understand why we meet in small groups because if we didn’t then we woul d not pass the csap.

Yes,I do understand why we meet in groups every day. Knowing the character’s traits helps me connect to the characters. It helps me in my writing because I can use it if I turn it into metaphor or a similie then,I can use it.

yes i now why we meet in small groups. knowing charcaters tirats me as a reader because i could become a better reader. knowing the slimie could help me my writing so tat my story is intersting and so they could keep reading my story .
